Plus Holidays · Guest & Owner Area Redesign

Plus Holidays is a luxury vacation-rental platform. During my time at Elastic Heads, I independently led the responsive redesign of the guest and owner areas, one of three client accounts I managed at once within the studio.

The project started from wireframes, research, and brand foundations that were already defined. My job was to turn that base into a coherent, responsive visual experience, applying design judgment without rebuilding the existing strategic work.

Before designing the interface, I ran a design critique of both areas and identified 11 structural issues in the flows and wireframes. Among them: an IBAN shown in plain text right below a confidentiality promise, and no way for owners to block dates for personal use, even though the system already displayed existing blocks and forced them to handle that need through the agency.

The project meant working inside an already-established system without just executing it literally: respecting its foundations, catching inconsistencies, and improving the experience wherever the existing design called for it.
